SHIPPING TIME
Orders will be shipped via Australia Post or Courier within 24hours of payment if all items are in stock.

SHIPPING
Postage Rates are based on shipping within Australia only. Any orders we receive that require international shipping will be quoted on an ad-hoc basis. You can contact us for a quote or once your order is received by us we will advise the additional cost of shipping outside of Australia.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
If part of an order is out of stock, you have the option of holding the order until the item/s are back in stock (if the games are due back instock within 14 days), or receiving separate orders. You will be contacted with an expected back in stock date and we will proceed with your order as directed.

RETURNS
Returns will be accepted within 14 days in original condition and unopened. Before returning any items please send an email letting us know:

1. What you are returning
2. The Invoice number of the order
3. The reason for the return

Postage for returning items is to be paid by you.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED GAMES
Contact us with details of damage or fault quoting invoice no and we will arrange a replacement.
